Informatica 9.6.x: ETL/ELT Development
The WebLearning Informatica 9.6.x Data Integration and ETL Development course provides hands-on step-by-step instructions on how to perform a variety of Data Integration and ETL Transformation tasks using Informatica in an Oracle Database environment for activities based on real-life work scenarios.
Using the Informatica ETL Tools, Informatica PowerCenter developers and administrators will learn about the Informatica 9.x architecture, introduce you to working with the PowerCenter Designer, Workflow Manager, and Workflow Monitor tools, performing tasks such as creating transformations, mappings, reusable objects, sessions and workflows to extract, transform and load data.
You will develop cleansing, formatting, sorting and aggregating procedures. You can learn how to use routers, update strategies, parameters /variables and overrides. This course will cover many different types of lookups, such as cached, persistent, dynamic and multiple row returns. Workflow tasks will be created to define a set of instructions for executing the ETL.
